Vaazhga Valamudan

Hi all, could not post VV last week, feel sorry about that...but I was returning at odd hours to home (3 am, 5 am :D) and also no access to blogger at office (now i found the way though)... I hope not to repeat this in future...prayer for this week

PRAYER FOR THIS WEEK

1. PRAYER FOR OURSELVES

May our mind be clean, thoughts be pure, and we have the mental strength to get rid of junk feelings burdening our heart. May we have the power to make other ppl happy and the ability to alleviate pains of the people. For our own self and our prayer - VAAZHGA VALAMUDAN

2. PRAYER FOR THE NATION

For our nation's safety, protection and development - VAAZHGA VALAMUDAN

3. PRAYER FOR OUR FATHER, MOTHER, SISTER(s), BROTHER(s), LOVER/SPOUSE (for those applicable), CHILDREN (for those applicable)

For our dear people to be blessed with safety, protection, health and GOD's care - VAAZHGA VALAMUDAN

4. PRAYER FOR SAFETY

Paramount of all is Safety for girls...When a girl's dignity is attacked, it hurts not only herself, but her family and eventually people around her. May GOD kindly safeguard the girls against sexual abuse, assault, domination and punish stringently without any mercy the rogues who attempt such kind of attacks against women. For the safety of Girls and women - VAAZHGA VALAMUDAN

For all of us to be taken care by GOD wherever we go, to be protected from accidents, robbery, natural disasters etc., - VAAZHGA VALAMUDAN

For our nation to be protected against terrorist attacks and natural disasters - VAAZHGA VALAMUDAN

5. PRAYER FOR HEALTH

For all of us to be blessed with health and be safeguarded against potential life threatening diseases like Cancer, Brain tumor, stroke, fits etc., and GOD be kind to us all and bless us with the ability to be able to take care of ourselves. For our health - VAAZHGA VALAMUDAN

6. PRAYER FOR STUDIES

For Romie's Semester exams and for all college and school going students who are expecting their exam results, May the exam results bring cheer to their face and the motivation to score higher in future exams - VAAZHGA VALAMUDAN

7. PONGAL CELEBRATION




It is the Pongal time again, when the farmers celebrate the harvest time, a celebration of the yield they have got after months of hard work. It symbolizes just that, What you sow is what you reap, what efforts you have put in is what you are going to get... Bogi symbolizes, the need for throwing the unnecessary stuffs out of our home, heart, whatever that occupies and creates problems. Let us celebrate the spirit of Pongal, and let joys fill our heart, home and life - VAAZHGA VALAMUDAN
